The Granary is a very individual, converted barn on a 300 acre
farm. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. The Granary
is a converted barn situated on a relaxed farm surrounded by
fields. The interior is minimal but luxurious and spacious. The
Granary bed & breakfast is very accessible. We are only 5 mins
away from J13 of the M1 motorway. Once reaching us up our mile long
drive, it is peaceful with horses and sheep grazing nearby. The
barn inside is very individual and extremely spacious. The bedrooms
all have double beds and one bathroom has a very relaxing roll-top
bath. The rooms are all of a high standard and an English breakfast
is served every morning using our own and local produce in the
dining area. It is a very relaxed atmosphere here at The
Granary.

Directions (walking and cycling): Walk to the left down the
long drive. At the 90 degree right hand corner, carry on across the
field on a public footpath. Follow the footpath across the A421
(note that this is a very busy road!). At point where the footpaths
cross, walk to the right. Follow the path between the warehouses,
and onto the road in the business park. At the junction of the
estate roads, walk to the right towards the entrance of the
business park, following the signs to Ridgmont station.

Estate, c1900. Set in 30 acres of pastureland. Access to M1 jct 13
and 14 approximately 3-4 miles distance. A horse livery farm, no
other livestock. There are business facilities in the guests'
lounge. Breakfast is included at no extra charge.

Directions (walking and cycling): Head down the drive, and then
head to the left along Bow Brickhill Road towards Woburn Sands. At
the junction, head left onto Elm Grove, before immediately turning
right onto Theydon Avenue. At the end of the road, head to the left
down the hill along Station Road. The station will be ahead of
you.
