Gun powder, treason, and taking your local train service to your nearest fireworks display!

With November 5th fast approaching, venues along the Marston Vale Line have planned their fireworks displays ready for you to enjoy. And to make things easier for you, we’d thought we’d give you their details in one handy post. Aren’t we nice?

Below are the biggest fireworks displays, and info on how to get to them by train. Remember, if you are travelling with a family or friends, get Groupsave to save money on travel by train.

Blitznight at Bletchley Park (Saturday 3rd November, 5pm to 8:30pm)

The biggest fireworks display on the line at Bletchley Park is not to be missed. As the rousing wartime music rings out and the magnificent firework display sets the night sky alight, visitors can warm themselves with burgers from the barbeque and a drink or two from the bar, while the children enjoy the traditional fun fair. Last year thousands flocked to enjoy the event, so be one of the thousands for this year.

The gates open at 5:30pm, with the main display starting at 8pm. Visit the Bletchley Park website for information on ticket prices and booking. Please note there is no parking available on site – even more of a reason to go by train!

Nearest station: Bletchley – a 2 minute walk from the main entrance!

Arrivals into Bletchley in time for the start and fireworks: 16:38, 17:20, 18:20, 19:08.

Departures after the fireworks: 21:01
