Local Government

Local Government provide a wide variety of local services that most people usually take for granted. As well as the obvious services like rubbish collection, roads, and some bus services, things like social services, planning, and Trading Standards are also the functions of local government. Below are the authority areas served by the Marston Vale, and how to access local authority services in that area. Simply look under the area where you live!

Bedfordshire County Council - Waste management, education, libraries, social services, transport, strategic planning, trading standards
