rigmont station exterior 5 - october 2012If you are a new business looking for a place to start up, or an existing business looking for a new base, our new office space at Ridgmont Station House, part of our Ridgmont Station Project, really is for you.

We are offering two brand spanking new office spaces situated in a beautiful historic railway building. As well as the office space (which is furnished), you will have access to shared use toilets, communal kitchen, cleaning, and get exclusive discounts on the use of the public meeting room in the building. You will also be able to use the Station Cafe which will opening at the station.

The building has its own car and cycle parking, which you will have access to. Being a railway station, we would of course urge you to use the fantastic local rail service running between Bedford and Bletchley!

Ridgmont station could not be better located. It is located quite literally within 2 minutes of M1 Junction 13, and the A421 dual carriageway. There are plans to extend the current train service to Milton Keynes Central over the next few years, and by 2017 new rail services will be running along the line to places like Bicester and Oxford. To give you an idea, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Northampton, Cambridge, Birmingham, and London are all within 90 minutes travel time of the station building.

The station is also close to many employment areas. The Marston Gate Business Park – including employers such as Amazon – is a stones throw from the station. The employment areas of Milton Keynes are just a short distance away, as is Cranfield Technology Park and University. The new Center Parcs near Ampthill will also be opening soon.

Information on room sizes is available on request, and we are happy to discuss your requirements. The rent will be £220pcm.
