Community Transport
If you
are a voluntary organisation or charity, and you are planning a day
out on the Marston Vale Line, then using Community Transport could
be very useful in helping you travel to and from our stations. We
work closely with local community transport organisations in
ensuring that all members of the community are able to access our
services. With a whole host of minibuses available, many fully
accessible, Community Transport may just be your ideal way of
getting around.
To gain access to Community Transport services, you will have to
register with the appropriate organisation first, which is usually
free. You will also have to book your Community Transport in
advance.
Bedfordshire
If your organisation is based in Bedfordshire, you need to contact
the Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity Community Transport
Brokerage. To register, and for further information call the
brokerage 01234 838771.
Milton Keynes
If your organisation is based in Milton Keynes, you need to contact
MK PlusBus (not to be confused with through bus/rail
ticketing!). You can get information by calling 01908 266950.
