Trains
The Marston
Vale line is very well connected to the National Rail network
through the two end stations at Bedford and Bletchley. These
connections provide a whole host of connecting trains to many areas
in the country.
You can buy tickets to and from any station on the British rail
network using the box to the right, and by doing so you will given
details on the trains that you need to catch. Alternatively, below
is the details of connecting trains at both Bedford and Bletchley
stations.
Bedford
First
Capital Connect
First Capital Connect is the main operator from Bedford, offering
stopping services between Bedford, London, and Brighton at
15-minute intervals. Key destinations served by First Capital
Connect include Flitwick, Luton, St Albans, London, Brighton, and
Gatwick and Luton Airports.
East Midlands Trains
East Midlands trains operate high speed intercity services between
the East Midlands and London, calling at Bedford. As well as
providing a fast service from Bedford to London, services also head
north to Kettering, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby (among
others). These services run roughly every half an hour.

Bletchley
London Midland
London Midland is the sole operator at Bletchley, operating
services to places such as London, Watford, Hemel Hempstead,
Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes Central and Northampton. These
services run roughly every 20 minutes during the off-peak period,
with more frequent trains during the peak times to and from
London.
