Disabled Access
In common with the rest of the rail industry, we are working hard
to ensure that the train service is accessible for all people in
the community. We are happy to welcome on board all members of the
communities that we serve, and if you have any issues then we are
more than happy to help. This page outlines how common disabilities
are currently catered for on the Marston Vale Line at each of our
stations.
If you have any mobility issues and require assistance, we firstly
recommend that you contact London Midland on 0845 602 4277 prior to
your journey, so that we can do all we can to help you.
Step-Free Access
All
Marston Vale trains carry an access ramp on board, enabling people
who require step-free access to get on and off the platforms.
Simply signal to the conductor that you require assistance. Due to
space in the doors, buggies are difficult to accommodate, although
it is no impossible.
