Marston Vale Timberland Trail

Route: Depends where you start from, but the general route
is Marston Moretaine - Lidlington - Millbrook - Ampthill -
Stewartby - Marston Moretaine
Time: 7 hours
Start/Finish Point: The recommended start point is at the
Forest Centre, which can be accessed from Millbrook station. But as
the walk is circular, the route also passes through Stewartby
station. The below directions are to the start point.
Nearest Marston Vale Stations: Stewartby, Millbrook, and
Lidlington.
The complete 13 mile route is a full days walking, leaving the
Forest centre in the morning heading west towards Lidlington and
finally bringing you back around Stewartby Lake as the sun sets.

Directions to the start point
Get off the train at Millbrook station. Follow the road to the
right. Head through the third gate to the right into the Marston
Vale Millennium Country Park. Follow the perimeter path to the
Forest Centre
